Everything sold here is digital — online courses and newsletter sponsorships — so there's nothing to post back. Here's how refunds work.
Courses (The Ads OS, The Ecom OS): every course comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Work through the material, and if you genuinely get no value from it, email tom@brndlabs.com within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund — no quibbles, no exit survey. A refund closes your access to the course (including any future updates).
Newsletter sponsorships (The Dispatch): if you need to cancel, let us know at least 7 days before your scheduled Sunday and we'll refund you in full. Within 7 days of the send date, the slot runs as booked and is non-refundable. (If we ever feel your brand isn't the right fit for the readers, we'll cancel and refund you in full — that call is ours.)
How refunds are issued: approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it.
